Where do you ship to?

At this time, we ONLY ship within Canada.

What are your shipping options and costs?

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders of $125 or more before shipping and taxes.

For all orders under $125 before shipping and taxes, we offer $10 flat rate standard shipping .

Unfortunately, we are currently not able to ship orders to PO Boxes.

All orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes up to 4-6 business days from the date of shipment depending on your location. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can easily follow its journey to you.

All orders are shipped from GTA, Ontario.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, as long as they have not yet been processed.

To request a cancellation, please email us at hello@ganva.ca immediately with your order number.

We’re unable to guarantee any cancellation requests or changes to your order once it has been processed.


What should I do if my jewellery arrives damaged?

We take great care in crafting and packaging each order, and we are so sorry to hear if an item has arrived damaged. We want to make this right for you as quickly as possible.

If your item arrives in a damaged condition, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please note - minor variations and small imperfections in handcrafted Heritage Collection pieces are normal and not considered damaged or defective.

To start a claim, email our support team at hello@ganva.ca with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the damage
  • Clear photos showing the damage to the item and its packaging

Once we receive your email, we will review the details and work with you to find the best solution, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
