Where do you ship to?
At this time, we ship within Canada only.
What are your shipping options and costs?
• Complimentary shipping on orders over $125 within Canada
• Flat rate standard shipping of $10 on orders under $125
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days from GTA, Ontario.
Delivery typically takes 4–6 business days, depending on location.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed.
To request a cancellation, please email hello@ganva.ca with your order number as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or changes.
What should I do if my jewellery arrives damaged?
We take great care in crafting and packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Please note that subtle variations and minor imperfections in handcrafted Heritage Collection pieces are natural and not considered defects.
