What is your standard return policy?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Earrings and Necklace Sets (that include Earrings) are FINAL SALE.
For rest of the items, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return for unworn items with their original packaging within 14 days of delivery using self serve option in your Ganva account. Please refer to "HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN?" below.
If there was a bundle offer or a free gift with purchase offer, all the items of the bundle and/or the free gift should be returned together or else the full price of that item would be charged and reduced from the refund.
As a small business, we're happy to offer free shipping on qualifying orders. However, if your return brings the order total under $125 before shipping and taxes (free shipping minimum), we will need to deduct shipping discount provided to you, the standard $10 shipping charges, from your refund to help cover our expenses. We appreciate your understanding.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to initiate a return?
You can easily submit a return request through your online account using Shopify’s Self-Serve Returns feature.
Steps:
1. Log in to your account
Go to our website and click the “Account” icon (or “Log in” at the top of the page).
If you checked out as a guest, you can still activate your account using the same email address you used at checkout.
2. Find your order
Once logged in, open Your Orders and select the order that includes the item you’d like to return.
3. Request a return
Click Request return and choose the reason for return.
Add any comments or photos if prompted.
4. Wait for approval
You’ll receive an email once your return request has been reviewed and approved, along with detailed return instructions or a shipping label if applicable.
5. Ship your item
Pack your item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
Attach the provided pre-paid return label and drop it off at the designated carrier.
Important Notes
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
- If there was a bundle offer or a free gift with purchase offer, all the items of the bundle and/or the free gift should be returned together or else the full price of that item would be charged and reduced from the refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
