What is your standard return policy?

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and necklace sets that include earrings are final sale.

For all other items, returns may be initiated within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and returned in its original packaging using the self-serve return option in your Ganva account.

If your order included a bundle offer or a complimentary gift, all items from the bundle or gift must be returned together. If not returned in full, the value of the unreturned item will be deducted from the refund.

Complimentary shipping applies to orders over $125. If a return brings the order total below $125, a $10 standard shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to initiate a return?

Returns can be requested through your Ganva account using self-serve returns.

Steps

  1. Log in to your account using the email address used at checkout
    (Guest customers may activate an account using the same email.)
  2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return
  3. Request a return and select a reason
  4. Wait for approval and further instructions
  5. Ship the item securely in its original packaging

If applicable, a prepaid return label will be provided.

Important notes

• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
• Final sale items are not eligible for return
• Once received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed promptly
• Bundle or complimentary gift items must be returned together
When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
